Fenorris Pearson currently serves as CEO and Chairman of Pursuit of Hope, LLC. Mr. Pearson has over 22 years in executive leadership for multinational companies and was one of the few people to become a senior level Vice-President of two fortune 100 companies before the age of 40 (Dell and Motorola)! He is an Organizational Development Expert on Building Organizational Capability which bodes well for the organizational growth expected by Pursuit of Hope.
Prior to serving as CEO and Chairman of Pursuit of Hope, he served as Managing Partner for FNF Management Consulting, LLC and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Healthscripts Managements Services, a pharmaceutical company with over 35 pharmacies based in Houston and throughout the United States.
Fenorris Pearson has extensive global experiences in Organizational Design, Mergers and Acquisitions, Process Re-Engineering, Employee Relations, Succession Planning, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Leadership Development, Change Management and Organizational Development. Because of how he has applied his knowledge and experience to help others, he is known across the country as a best-selling author, innovator, and human capital expert.

Managing Partner & Chief Medical Officer
Currently serves as Managing Partner and Chief Medical Officer for Pursuit of Hope. Dr. Parker has been practicing addiction medicine, primarily opioid addiction, since he received his DATA 2000 waiver more than 12 years ago. He is Board eligible for addiction medicine and plans to sit for the Boards October 2017. At Pursuit of Hope, LLC Dr. Parker is responsible for establishing all medical protocols pertinent to treating our patients.
Managing Partner & Chief Clinical Officer
Joseph Gardzina currently serves as Managing Partner and Chief Clinical Officer for Pursuit of Hope, LLC. Joe began his career in 1993 as a psychiatric technician at a Houston aftercare facility. Mr. Gardzina became an LCDC in 1996. Joe is Board Certified by the Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals. In addition, he is certified as both an Anger Resolution Counselor and US DOT Substance Abuse Professional. He has served as the program director for substance abuse treatment facilities in Houston, TX and San Diego, CA. Before founding ADAPT Programs in 2007, Joe worked for the Right Step in Houston as the Program Coordinator of their inpatient adolescent treatment program. He also was the Director of Programs for Phoenix House in San Diego, CA. In addition, he worked for the United Way for five years, serving as the Associate Executive Director. Joe and his beautiful wife Victoria are the proud parent of one child, William.
Director of Operations and Compliance
Mr. Perez has been a leader in the healthcare industry for over 19 years. He has experience in practice administration, operations assessment, regulatory compliance as well as business development. Mr. Perez has worked in the private practice arena in which he used his talents to help multiple clinics become profitable and compliant. He is a Graduate from Southwest Texas State university.
Prior to becoming Director of Operations and Compliance, Mr. Perez managed 15 medical clinics in which he was responsible for the oversight of research development, strategic planning, business development and project management of each individual site.
Mr. Perez has extensive experience in: Managing practices within budgetary guidelines; identifying, recommending, and implementing practice needs; managing various multi-faceted strategic and business-related products; formulating, administering, and maintaining detailed activities, tasks, risks, issues, and resources requirements; data analysis and special projects; obtaining, validating, analyzing, and manipulating data from various internal and external sources to assist in making informed decisions; serving as a Human Resources Administrator; and using facilitation and interpersonal skills to manage conflicts within offices with leadership.

Over the past 25 years, David Harvill has built a distinguished career as a Financial and Accounting Operations Consultant who is known for delivering results. Upon graduating from California State University, Long Beach with a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting, David began his career as a Financial Operations Auditor with the First Interstate Bank of California.
The cultivated expertise he gained working there and the Big 4 Public Accounting Firm, Ernst & Young, LLP afterward led him to go out on his own and become an Independent Consultant in financial and accounting operations. Obtaining his certification as a CPA, David has built a career resume that has consisted of consulting with Fortune 100 clients in a number of capacities and industries. With specialties in SOX functions, SEC and financial reporting, mergers, acquisitions, and liquidations, David has consistently demonstrated a track record of results in all areas of operational and financial management. His career has spanned industries including Banking, Automotive, Grocery Retail, Retail (Drugs), Managed Care Organizations, Hospitals, Nonprofit organizations, and Financial Services, with a specialization in translating financial data into actionable information and strategy. Additionally, he has experience in financial reporting in areas including DOI and DMHC filings, internal, operational and compliance auditing.
